QR8012 is a low wax non-reactive resin type matting agent designed for PES/TGIC outdoor weather resistant powder coating systems to provide approximately 16% gloss, with excellent fluidity and excellent yellowing resistance.

l With good matting performance, suitable polyester matching can obtain low gloss of about 18%

l This product can effectively reduce the negative effects of wax

l The coating has excellent fluidness and mechanical properties

l Excellent over - baking stability, therefore recommended for occasions requiring good resistance to yellowing

Application and Dosage 

l Mix with other components in the recipe in a high speed mixer and extruder

l The dosage is 1-5% of the total weight of the formula

Packaging and storage

l Packed in polyethylene lined kraft paper bags of 25 kg net each

l Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Seal immediately after use to avoid contamination

l Less than 35℃ storage temperature this product is effective for at least two years
