QR8001 is a non-reactive, wax-free matting agent used in mixed powder coatings to provide a low gloss of 6-70%. This product has excellent leveling, more delicate surface, mechanical properties and outstanding secondary extrusion gloss stability.

l This product is preferred for 50/50 mixed powder coatings

l Excellent smooth and more delicate surface, after the second extrusion luster stable

l It has good matting effect and anti - yellowing property under low dosage

l Wide adaptability to polyester, black and white formula is basically the same gloss

Application and Dosage 

l Mix with other components in the recipe in a high speed mixer and extruder

l The dosage is 1-5% of the total weight of the formula

Packaging and Storage

l Packed in polyethylene lined kraft paper bags of 25 kg net each

l Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Close immediately after use to avoid contamination

l Less than 35℃ storage temperature this product is effective for at least two years
