QR1032 is a superfine accelerated dicyandiamide type curing accelerator for pure epoxy powder coatings.

Product Features

QR1032 provides both catalytic activity and addition when in contact with epoxy resin, so it

l It can be used alone or in combination with other curing agents

l Can prepare a wide range of functional powder coatings, providing moderate low temperature or fast curing

Application and Dosage 

l Mix with other components in the recipe in a high speed mixer and extruder

l The recommended curing conditions are 160℃/12min or 200℃/5min

l For every 100 parts of epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent 700-900), add 4-5 parts of QR1032 by weight

Packaging and Storage

l Packed in polyethylene lined kraft paper bags or cardboard drums of 25kg net each

l Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Seal immediately after use to avoid contamination

l Less than 32℃ storage temperature this product is effective for at least two years
