S0188 is a highly purified compound of beta-hydroxyalkylamide. This product can be cross-linked with carboxyl-containing polyester resin or acrylic resin to replace TGIC curing agent to prepare outdoor weather-resistant powder coatings.

Application and Dosage 

l Mix with other components in the recipe in a high speed mixer and extruder

l For different equivalent acid values, the dosage is 3.5-6% of the total weight of the formula

Packaging and Storage

l Packed in polyethylene lined kraft paper bags of 20 kg net each

l Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Seal immediately after use to avoid contamination

l Less than 35℃ storage temperature this product is effective for at least two years
