QR8002 is a wax-free, synthetic resin based non-reactive physical matting agent, used in mixed powder coatings to provide 5-70% low gloss. This product has excellent fluid and mechanical properties, outstanding after the second extrusion gloss stability.

l QR8002 is recommended for powder coatings in 50/50 mixing systems, providing 5-70% gloss

l With excellent smooth and more delicate surface, after the second extrusion gloss is very stable

l It has better extinction effect and anti - yellowing property under low dosage

l Wide adaptability to polyester, black and white formula gloss is basically the same

Application and Dosage 

l Mix with other components in the recipe in a high speed mixer and extruder

l The dosage is 1-5% of the total weight of the formula

Packaging and Storage

l Packed in polyethylene lined kraft paper bags of 25 kg net each

l Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Seal immediately after use to avoid contamination

l Less than 35℃ storage temperature this product is effective for at least two years
