Product Features

l As curing agent, epoxy powder coating can achieve low temperature or fast curing at 140℃/30min or 240℃/30s

l Used as a accelerator, it can be added to the epoxy system to replace some dicyandiamide, thus reducing the curing temperature or shortening the curing time

Application and Dosage 

l Mix with other components in the recipe in a high speed mixer and extruder

l When used as a curing agent, QR1031 in 6-7 weight parts is added to every 100 parts of epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent 700~900)

l When used as a accelerator, QR1031 0.1-0.5 wt

Packaging and Storage

l Packed in polyethylene lined cardboard drums of 25 kg net each

l Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Seal immediately after use to avoid contamination

l Less than 35℃ storage temperature this product is effective for at least two years
